Accessibility Statement — Hygge Hospitality

At Hygge Hospitality (“we”, “our”, “us”), we want our website to be accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement explains the accessibility features we’ve built into the site, known limitations, and how you can request help or an alternative format.

Standard and scope

We have designed the site with accessibility best practice in mind and aim to meet WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) where practicable. The statement applies to content on pages hosted at https://www.teamhygge.com and to interactions with our contact forms.

  • Captions or transcripts provided where we host video or audio content (when available).

  • Reduced motion where possible and avoidance of autoplaying content that may cause distraction.

  • Regular automated checks and manual spot-checks during site updates.

Third-party content and known limitations

Some content on our site may be provided by third parties (for example embedded social feeds, external booking widgets or documents). We do our best to ensure third-party content is accessible, but we do not control those services and cannot guarantee their accessibility.
